Aysam Medical is a leading Turkish medical device manufacturer supplying hospitals and clinics in multiple international markets. As their authorised representative in South Africa, GDR PHARMA is responsible for local regulatory liaison, product registration support, and post-market oversight in line with South African requirements.

Our role as Legal Authorised Representative includes:

• Acting as the official point of contact between Aysam Medical and South African regulatory authorities and healthcare institutions
• Supporting SAHPRA registration, listing and regulatory communication for Aysam Medical devices
• Coordinating post-market surveillance, vigilance and complaint handling activities locally
• Ensuring that up-to-date technical documentation and product information are available on request
• Supporting distributors, hospitals and clinics with product queries and documentation needs
